As gas prices rise we see other prices, including food start to rise. A partial solution to this might be growing some of your own food right at home.
You can think environmentally, use less gas to go shopping, save money on the food, and what you get may be healthier.
But what if you have no traditional place for a garden? Daniel Schipper, a Dutch designer, has developed a folding green house just for you. He describes it as "A light-weight, flexible, modular greenhouse especially suitable for small spaces like cityhouses, balconies, roof terraces or town gardens. My folding greenhouse is a frameless folding construction made of different components of recyclable plastic which can be folded flat or expand when required."
